Meet Dr. Kelly Schorling Brewer

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner, I am licensed to practice in Washington state. I earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington,

along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I also hold

a certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research from the California Institute for

Integral Studies. 

With over twenty years of experience in various mental health and direct service roles, my career has been deeply rooted in the Seattle medical community. I provide

thorough psychiatric assessments, diagnose, and prescribe medication for adults aged 18-65, and offer counseling and integration services for psychedelics. My practice is anchored in a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach. Most importantly, I prioritize shared decision-making and collaboration. Working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you reach your goals.

Besides my role as a provider, I am an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Washington.
