As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am licensed to practice in Washington state. I earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Additionally, I hold a certification in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research from the California Institute for Integral Studies.
With over 20 years of experience in various mental health, direct nursing, and service roles, my career has been deeply rooted in the Seattle medical community. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, and prescribe medication for adults aged 18 to 65. I also offer harm-reduction education and integration services for clients exploring psychedelics. My practice is grounded in a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach. Most importantly, I prioritize shared decision-making and collaboration. Together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
In addition to my role as a provider, I am an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Washington.
